Our first training group
2025-2026 season
Started October 2024 and throughout this first year they have trained together up around 100 hrs until now. The team participated in the tournaments in Sweden, and the Lions Cup in Finland in August 2025
The sixteen players on the team had 72 hours on ice in their first year, combined with mentoring "one-to-one" conversation with our player developer.
Unlike most other training our philosophy is based on a play-book where our players constantly are challenged in game like dilemmas and situations in their position
The group has had some new players and some has left due to changed situations.
We are planning 36 hours on ice with Q Elite from Dec to July. The 2011 players are also invited to WHC in Innsbruck 9-12th of May. (additional costs).
We plan to have at least one sessions a month and try to avoid collision with club activity.
After the leagues are ended we intensify the frequence of the sessions and use the red days in the calender.
We alter between one and two days sessions, and altering between Munkedal in Sweden and Moss in Norway.

This is an intensive program that creates a personal relation to the player developer. He can if requested follow your games and give you personalized feed back in a on-to-one evaluation. The program will include 12 days on ice - each day 3-4 hrs on ice, a total of 36 hrs.
​The price is set to 7200 SEK - paid in three terms. One in December (2400 SEK), one in March (2400 SEK) and the last one in May (2400 SEK). All payments via Spond. Pay and play is 900 SEK/day
